We guide each project through four production stages: analysis, pilot printing, process refinement and repeatable output.
One route from a digital model to a production batch
The Group connects engineering analysis, additive manufacturing, post-processing and quality control, so the project does not end with the first printed part.
Pilot printing
We produce the first sample inside the build chamber and record the process parameters.
Process refinement
We remove powder, complete post-processing and inspection, and refine the process parameters.
Repeatable batch
We confirm repeatability on a batch of 10–20 parts and prepare the solution for scaling.
